The Crowned Heads La Vereda cigar features meticulously aged tobaccos to achieve a specific flavor and strength profile. This blend includes a rare Nicaraguan shade-grown wrapper aged for four years and a Nicaraguan Jalapa binder encasing filler leaves aged for three years, comprising Nicaraguan Esteli Corojo '99, Dominican Piloto Cubano, Esteli seco, and Jalapa Criollo '98.
Post-rolling, the cigars are aged in a climate-controlled environment at 65-66 degrees Fahrenheit and 68-69% humidity. Only a select team of fourteen experts at the Dominican Tabacalera La Alianza, managed by renowned cigar maker Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr., are permitted to produce these cigars to ensure supreme quality.
