We apologize for any inconvenience and reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice, including canceling or adjusting any order affected by them.

Marketing Communications Consent

Messages may be sent using an automated system or other technology. Message and email frequency may vary. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS.

For email communications, click the unsubscribe link provided in any of our emails.

You may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

Shipping & Returns

Orders may ship via multiple carriers, depending on availability and service area.

Delivery addresses must be capable of receiving USPS packages. We are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages as liability is transferred onto the shipping carriers once they have received the packages from us. For such cases, please file/report claim directly with the carrier.

All applicable taxes will be charged where required by law; customers are responsible for taxes in all other jurisdictions. Due to regulations or company policy, we may not ship to certain states (such as Utah/Hawaii).

If you receive a damaged product, please contact customerservice@mycigarpack.com with documentation (photos) before opening the package. Adult signature (21+) is required for delivery.

International Shipments

MY CIGAR PACK accepts select international and APO/FPO (Military) orders.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable import laws, duties, and restrictions of your country. Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or related charges imposed by their local authorities. We encourage you to review your country’s tobacco import regulations prior to ordering.

All shipments will be declared accurately in value and contents in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations. MY CIGAR PACK is not responsible for packages that are delayed, seized, lost, or damaged during international transit, nor for any duties or taxes assessed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and returned or refused orders may be subject to a restocking fee. By placing an international order, you agree to assume all associated risks. Privacy

MY CIGAR PACK values your privacy and protects your information through encryption and secure systems. We collect only the data necessary to process orders and improve our services, including contact information and purchase details.

This information is shared only with trusted partners required for fulfillment, compliance, or legal purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data. 

Transactional information is transmitted securely, and payment details are deleted immediately after authorization.
