Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund and arrange a return for your purchase within one week of reception, (restrictions apply). Product must be returned in the same condition it was received. If you receive a damaged package please provide pictures prior to opening it. Please contact us at customerservice@mycigarpack.com to arrange your claim. This applies to single purchases and recurring purchases.
