PCA Trade Show 2024 - Rene Castañeda - Villiger Cigars

On this occasion, details were discussed about new releases, sizes, notes, and Villiger models. Between these releases, René talks a little about the Nicaragua Churchill version of the Villiger 1888.

The first premium handmade cigar to carry the VILLIGER name was created in the year of the company's founding, which is known as 1888.This cigar is called the VILLIGER 1888.

The next fantastic cigar to carry this amazing name is the VILLIGER 1888 Nicaragua, the new cigar star! Contained in an elegant, dark blue cabinet box of 20, these three formats—Coronita, Robusto, and Toro.

René explains that they sought to create a cigar that was not so strong, but at the same time was enjoyable, and that it is not necessarily intended for experienced smokers, but that someone new to this world and not so knowledgeable, can also enjoy this version of the cigar. He also tells us that for the launch parameters, the aim was to add a variety of versions to the brand, so that users can distinguish, know and enjoy more of what this line offers.

The fact that it has more value in terms of experience is discussed and detailed, that as we seek to enjoy the new releases, as well as other versions of the same line, there are occasions where it would be more efficient and it would make more sense to be able to enjoy of our recently acquired specific cigar, than storing it in the humidor for a long time.

Something very important, is that René also tells us that new users who arrive and current members of My Cigar Pack will be able to try the Villiger 1888 Nicaragua Churchill, since the plan to make them available within our packages is in process!
